After you move out and we complete the inspection, your security deposit will be returned straight to the bank account linked to your Elevate account—easy and seamless. If there’s any damage beyond regular wear and tear, extra cleaning needed, unpaid rent, lease violations (like an early exit), or outstanding charges (think utility bills), those costs will be deducted from your deposit.
